Project enquiries
We collect the contact, location, property, timing, budget, selected scopes, planning brief and message you choose to provide. Source pages, referrers and campaign parameters are included where available. HAUSE uses this information to review and respond to your enquiry and share relevant details with suitable providers when needed for that request.
Service systems
Cloudflare hosts the intake, GoHighLevel holds CRM records and Resend delivers internal alerts. These services may process information outside your province or Canada. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing sequence or send a customer confirmation email from this site.
Local planning storage
Selected service references are stored locally in this browser. Campaign attribution is stored for the session. A planner brief stays in page memory unless you choose to use it in My project; then it is temporarily stored in session storage and removed after successful submission or when you remove it. Contact fields and message text are not saved in browser storage. Family links can carry only selected service references in their URL fragment.
Ask HAUSE AI
Before first send, Agree & send consents to your messages being sent to Cloudflare-hosted AI for automated general guidance. Do not include sensitive personal information. The assistant can be wrong and cannot diagnose, certify, book or dispatch work. The widget’s Privacy & AI section explains the current model and provider. Conversation history stays in page memory until cleared or reloaded. Separately consenting to team follow-up shares the displayed conversation, project details, contact information and page attribution with the intake and relevant providers. You can use the ordinary project form without AI consent.
Your choices
Email info@hause.ca to ask about your information, correct it, request removal or withdraw permission for contact. Some records may need retention for legitimate operational or legal obligations. Do not submit payment data, entry codes, passwords or sensitive records.
